Just over thirty miles from Colorado Springs over Ute Pass, Woodland Park is known as The City Above the Clouds and is well known as an accessible mountain getaway destination. During the warm summer months Woodland Park is busy with visitors attending outdoor concerts, visiting Rampart Reservoir or the popular Friday farmers’ market.

    This place was so easy to find yet away from noise and traffic and shopping was minutes away. It was very peaceful and quiet. It was not far from all the attractions as well. Everything was so clean and comfortable. It had everything you needed to cook. The sky lights made it feel like the lights were on all the time. So light and cheery! The view from any window was amazing! Plenty of room for 8 people to roam and not feel crowded. The patio/deck was huge; room enough for many people. The weather was absolutely perfect to enjoy reading or walking or eating outside. It was truly a better home away from home for me!

    Overall I selfishly do not want to share how wonderful this vacation home is and keep it my own personal secret! This house has amazing windows and serene views. All levels of the house have special character and are tastefully decorated for the mountain experience. The kitchen is fully loaded for cooking anything, just bring your own food and you are all set! Every part of the house is immaculately cleaned and pleasantly aromatic. The deck and hot tub put this vacation over the top for the perfect relaxation getaway. I will definitely stay here again!

  • Santa Fe Lodge

    This is a phenomenal home that sits on wonderful property. It is located close enough to Canon City to be fairly convenient and yet far enough to enjoy the remoteness. It is an extremely comfortable home that had plenty of room to sleep my family of eight and host a surprise 90th birthday party for my father-in-law. All of the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. We had a truly remarkable time! I highly recommend it!

    This cabin was exactly what we needed for our family, our in-laws, and our kids’ friend. The space fit our party of 8 very nicely. It was clean, nicely furnished, had comfortable beds, and the setting was very private and peaceful!
