PIKES PEAK CABINS
Prior to booking, please review our full rental agreement for our Pikes Peak Colorado cabin rentals, available at the bottom of this page.
Here is a brief overview of our policies:
- A 50% deposit is due upon booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations made 60+ days-notice will receive a full refund less a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellation made with 60 days of arrival with forfeit the 50% deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable. We understand unexpected things come up, so we are always here to help in any way we can.
- A one-time cleaning fee will be charged for each reservation. Upon check out, we ask you to do the dishes, bag the trash, set the thermostat as directed, and lock up. We will handle the rest!
- Check in time is 4:00 p.m.
- Check out time is 10:00 a.m. Due the size and locations of our cabins, we have a very precise housekeeping schedule. Our housekeepers will arrive at 10:00, so it is imperative that you are completely out of the house by 10:00. We are not able to accommodate late check outs.
- Our cabins are all non-smoking. There is no smoking of any kind. Use of marijuana is strictly prohibited.
- Absolutely no open burning is allowed on the properties.
- Four-wheel drive or tire chains are required during the winter months.
- Our cabins do not have A/C. Home built at this elevation are not equipped with central air, as it is rarely needed.
- The $59.00 damage insurance that is included in your booking covers any accidental damages to the property up to $1500.00. Please be aware that you will personally be financially responsible for any intentional damages to the property caused by anyone in your group.
- Please treat our cabin with care and respect. Our homes are not designed to be used as party houses, and loud/rowdy gatherings will not be permitted. We do have a minimum age requirement of 25 for all adult guests unless otherwise arranged. Children and young adults are welcome with their parents!
- Our cabins are not designed to host events that would exceed the maximum number of guests as noted per property.
- All our cabins are pet-free, unless otherwise indicated.
- Please do NOT clean fish on the property. All fish cleaning must be done at the lake.
- Being in Colorado, extreme weather and forest fires are a reality. Being a small business, we are unable to provide refunds due to the weather or area fires. In an event as this, we would offer to reschedule your stay during our off-season. We recommend www.csatravelprotection.com for travel cancellation insurance that provide you with a refund.
